JWB Education LLC (JWB) offers a Student Management Program for international students attending school (boarding, private or public schools) in the United States.  JWB’s field staff coordinates and communicates with the student’s academic counselor on a monthly basis, completes an academic status report and sends it to the overseas partner and/or natural parents.  The main goal of this program is to help monitor and report academic achievements, after school activities, student housing, and/or challenges to the natural parents while the student is away from home. 

Students are busy with their studies, activities, making friends, and adjusting to life in the US.  Parents need to be aware of the new and exciting things their children are taking part in while at school.  JWB’s Student Management Program has progress reports that are designed to inform parents on academic programs/curriculum, rules and policies at the school and also to help them learn about upcoming vacations, events, and trips.  The progress reports are forms that are filled out by teachers, dorm parents, residential life staff, coaches, advisors, ESL instructors, and other adults that work at the school and can help parents understand how their child is performing during the school day and after school.

Along with the progress reports filled out by school employees, there are grade reports that will periodically accompany the progress reports.  The monthly progress reports along with the grade reports will help parents track the progress of their child throughout the school year.  The JWB Student Management Program is designed to help families that are sending their child to the US for the first time and also to assist the family in following years as classes, activities, and living situations change at the school.

JWB works with school employees to help parents understand the differences in school systems, cultures, and overall well being of their child while in the US.
